Front office

The module allows capturing various activities happening in the front office of an institution. The module tracks the details like admission enquiries, the follow ups, the phone calls, the visitor management, complaint management and the postal receives & dispatches.

Module Details

Admission Enquiry

In the admission enquiry received in the front office is being entered into the system. The details of the enquiry is entered with the main fields as contact details, source of enquiry & the class to which admission is seek.

Visitor Management

The Visitors Book can be used by the front office or security gate to enter the details of the visitor. Options are available to enter the contact details. purpose, in time & out time.

Phone Call Log

The Phone Call Log option allows the front office to capture the phone calls coming in and out from office phone number. Options are available to enter the next follow up dates and the details pf the phone call via this option

Postal Dispatch

In this feature the details of the postal dispatches are being entered. Options are also available to upload the scanned copies of the post via attach document option.

Postal Receive

In the Postal Receive the details of the received postal are being entered. Options are also available to upload the scanned copies of the post via attach document option.

Complaint Management

The complaints received in the front office could be noted via this option. The details of the complaints like the source of the complaint, complaint type, the details of the complaint, assigned person, further action taken etc can be entered.
